Dr. Mayet is sharply attuned to various medical conditions which is essential as a general practitioner. At the same time, he is honest in that if he does not know an answer, he is not ashamed to admit to a patient I often receive calls from him seeking my advice as a gastroenterologist, with the patient within hearing distance of his end of the conversation. That sort of attitude is even more commendable, and this engenders respect among his patients.

I have many things wrong with me which caused me a lot of despair for quiet some time. Within two weeks of seeing Dr Mayet i had been diagnosed and referred to the relevant people to help with my complaints. I still have to see Dr Mayet regularly and everytime i am made to feel important. He makes you feel like you are his only patient he has to see. He always listens, never rushes you and never makes you feel you are wasting his time and will keep you in the appointment until you feel you have said everything and are happy with the outcome. I would recommend Dr Mayet to anyone. He really is a good Dr.

Dr Mayet is very helpful and caring and he "goes the extra mile". After a recent routine blood test he picked up on a marginal result and quickly arranged to see me, following which he referred me to a specialist consultant; all within a few days. He followed up on my progress and was able to help reassure me about the diagnosis and treatment plan. His original intervention turned out to be well founded and timely and I have now started treatment.

Dr Mayet has been exceptional in his care. He has tests carried out immediately and arranges a consultant very quickly when needed. He has an excellent manner is very knowledgeable and totally professional. I have complete faith in Dr Mayet and I am very pleased he is my GP. I would rather wait for an appointment than see anyone else.

I am very impressed with the care, attention to detail, clear diagnosis, and communication of Dr Mayet when I accompanied my wife during her consultations and subsequent treatment at his surgery.
